We have recently concluded a project at a large bank in South Africa. On this particular site the inverse was actually experienced. An initial project was launched to establish control over architecture, from which the desired business benefit was intended to be derived. We initially experienced difficulty in activating the business to utilise this new mechanism to deliver all the possible business benefits.
