Thanks for your call this morning.

I've just had a very excited Estelle run into my office. She's now a great fan of yours / Discon's

methodology, especially as she realises that an exercise to determine

which is the best route to adopt in terms of a Stolen & Recovered system

has also resulted in "80%" of her system spec being done. (I re-inforced

the fact that it'll also have done some of the Business Rules & Processes

work.) Thank you VERY much for assisting us.
